I am working with residents to tackle increased antisocial behaviour seen during this pandemic.
I regularly meet with the Borough Commander to raise concerns - especially around antisocial behaviour and that we often lose too many officers to inner London.
We must work to reverse the damaging Tory and Labour cuts to our front line police services, and hold the government to account over its promises to provide more officers.
We have two demands to make this happen.
More bobbies on the beat. The single most effective way we can keep our streets safe is to get back to community policing. We're asking the government to fund the extra officers that our area needs to make that happen.
Keep our stations open. Despite rising crime levels, the Labour Mayor is closing more and more stations. We won't stand for it - everyone deserves to live in a safe community, and police stations help protect us all.
Will you join the fight to keep our streets safe?
